When the mail stays unopened
It happens to many people and has nothing to do with laziness:
- The piles of letters keep getting higher, but you lack the energy to open them.
- A payment order is in the mailbox and triggers panic.
- The tax return has been left undone for years.
- Your mind blocks. You want to, but can't get started.
Who I help
I help people when administrative tasks become overwhelming. Young adults transitioning to independence, seniors needing relief from paperwork, people in crisis situations or with ADHD and procrastination.
I understand that sometimes it seems impossible to open a letter. This is normal. I don't ask how it got this far, but what needs to happen next.
That means: we start with small steps, a single handled letter is already a success. We bring your finances back in order together, calmly, even after years of procrastination. Everything stays confidential, I have seen a lot and never judge. And if you already receive therapeutic or social support, I'm happy to work with your caregivers.
How I can help
- Sorting mail and letters
- I bring structure to the pile of letters, even if the mail has been left for months.
- Debt counseling and payment orders
- With reminders, payment orders and debt, I develop a plan with you and negotiate with creditors if necessary.
- Tax return completion
- Haven't managed it for years? I help discreetly with catching up, even with multi-year backlogs.
- Insurance review
- I look together with you at what is really necessary and where you can save, without sales pressure.
- Accompaniment to authorities
- I prepare everything, fill out forms and accompany you personally. So you go into the appointment prepared.
- Flexible working approach
- Some prefer to work two hours at a stretch, others in short units with breaks. Both work, also with ADHD or concentration difficulties.
- Setting up digital mail
- If you want to: bills and official mail on the device you already use. You don't have to switch. More about help with switching
